BREAK FREE

Few walls to be slashed down
To lay bare
But if people stare
People… what people
Who cares.

It’s the fear
That was holding dear
So, yeah thought came near
Why not breakfree then and there.

May be… yes, may be
I am left unnoticed
Who has the time to wait?
And yes it is so… ha ha
Saw it today.

Really enjoyed breaking one more fear
Yeah loved to be more free
Dimensions broadened
And personality strengthened.

Many realizations came so far
And many yet to come
Why… tell me why
Each day is a new lesson?
Will I be a student lifelong.

Oh… wait
Atleast I am learning
In a way growing
So this way it is a better wiring

Continue to face
And deface, better said reface.
Break free and let the fears
Be in face with your face.
(acha lagta hai… )

Are U Practising well ???

You must be wondering practicing… what???
Abhi kuch der me sa-prasang vyakhya karti hoon…;)

Recently I came across a blog and was so much intrigued by the fact ‘NET PRACTISING’ that I was urged to share it. This is altogether more interesting for girls coz this is a humorous excerpt from conversation of B-Talk (boys’talk…;p).

I loved the new dimension and meaning to the word “net practice”. Hope you will also like and think about it (seriously). So here it goes…

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AAP BEETI BY A BOY WHO IS BEING TAUGHT ABOUT NET PRACTISING…

Hum 5 ladke the, 4 ek hi college se aur 1 bahar se. Hostel ke sade khane se pak ke, humne pas k dhabe se khana khaya aur do mitra janon ne thodi si chada li. Fr hum baithe khule aasman k neeche aur shuru ho gayi discussion. Lets name the chaps as A, B, C (from same clg) and X from different clg.
Now into that night…

Our conversation started with Dehradun ki vaadiyan which was soon followed by a guy with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes enquiring about the ‘bandi status’ of the other and the person caught in the dock trying to explain at length as to why one should totally trust him when he says “I have other priorities you know…”.This, combined with loads of laughter, was turning out into quite a night until the attention deviated towards something I have always loved to hate, i.e., undivided attention on me.

B- toh customer ji, aap bade shant hain. (After a pause) kya bat hai …tu banda sahi hai, isliye mera farz banta hai ki tujhe kuch life k funde bataun. You should have a bandi… aur kaise…ye me batata hoon.
(With some seriousness in air and B turning into a Love Guru, he continued.)
Haan to customer dekh, you know D and E and they are good friends of yours?

Me- hmm to…

B- and you also know their girlfriends D1 and E1 who are also friends of yours?

Me- haan ..yours too I guess.

B- bus aur kya . there’s nothing more to say. Increase your friendship with them as in try to be their confidant. Make sure that they confide everything in you.

C-abey… customer ko tu kya funde de raha hai?

B- hold on …phle meri bat sun… dekh bhai that way you will get to know more about their relationship.

Me-acha, aur kyon?

B-ghade, you have to keep looking for the right opportunity. When you learn that their relationship is going through a rough patch, apna shot mario… that very moment you have to become active boss. Give random funda to D about D1 and the other way round as well. Sahi time pe sahi shot hi kam aayega.

Me- mtlab, me apne dost ki gf ko pata loon unki relationship tudwake??

B-There you go, my boy (eyes almost brimming with tears). ladka samajh gaya!!!

(While what had become a complete laugh riot for others, the seriousness on B’s face was somewhat unnerving)

Me- and you expect me to break my friendship with D. I would never do that.

B-you don’t need to. Agar wo tera sacha dost hai to, teri bhavanaon jaroor samjhega.

Me- come on .. D1 and E1 are ..are like my sisters

B-sahi funda hai bhidu. This is a foolproof mechanism of getting closer. Shower your brotherly affection on her…baki to jannat hai (trying to wink… ;) ).
B-dude, you are not taking me seriously. Pata hai… not hitting on girls is a crime

Me- a what?

B-yes, you heard it right. It’s totally illegal man. Liking a girl or not is immaterial dude. You have to hit on them for your own sake. You have to do the net practice.

Me- net practice?? (Laughter giving way to curiosity)

B-haan, you have to do the net practice. Tu toh tennis bhi khelta hai… U must have done a lot of net practice there…

Me- han, wo wali…
(Interrupting me)

B- In the same way, you need to have the practice in case of girls too. Soch if Federer bina net practice kiye hue Wimbledon final pahuch jaata toh, then think of the plight he would have landed himself into. Uska toh band baj jaata. Getting my point?

.Me- Go on…

B- So sometime in the future when you actually meet the girl you were always looking for, it will be the same thing as playing a Wimbledon final without any practice. Your failure then will make you think as well as regret the fact that you didn’t have adequate practice.

X- sahi bol raha hai B, man this is the truth.

B- (Seeing my unconvinced face) abey, sun. Things like “I am not interested” and “I have other things to do” are absolutely unacceptable. The thing is that you have to do it not because you are interested in doing it. You have to do it for the one, when you finally meet the one, it would be unfair to her if you do not have enough practice. So you need to do all kinds of affairs and ‘pataoing’ right now. Basically, tuje net practice karni chahiye. (Tone getting louder and emotional)
Dude, you owe it to her. You owe it to the one. You can’t be unfair to her.

(2 minutes of pin drop silence followed by C trying hard to kill a machar troubling his face. In the end, he was unsuccessful and machar chakma deke bhag gayi. Anyway…)

X (to B)- to teri net practice kaisi chal ri hai?

B-(stammering) theek-thak… (After a pause) khak practice… yahan to net hi ni hai to practice kya khak karunga.

(And all broke into a new wave of laughter…:D )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So winding up, do you really think net practice works?...apne vichar jaroor batayein…;)
Did you do your net practice today???

MY THESIS: #$@*&^&@$#

Sorry it’s not in IEEE format...:p

This post is for all my friends who have felt the eternal bliss of...you know what. Yes you guessed it right; it is the favorite topic for our bollywood, tollywood and mollywood flicks. Yesss, falling for their lady love or Mr. Perfect.

Most of you guys might be pinching yourself thinking 'Is this Jagathi???', yeah yeah it is Jagathi, today all set to present her scholarly paper...better say her hard earned research work on this subject practicing (read as observing...well do u really think it’s just observing??? this is indeed food for thought) for the last four years now.

So here it goes...
hmmm...
hmmmmmm....#$@*&^&@$#
It’s a tough topic you see...and I want 10 on 10 presenting it... (Thus this build-up was required ;-)...)

Well what should I start with??
With the samples which failed the test or... with those samples which failed terribly... :p

pehli category hya...
Subtractive association:
The samples which used to be full of metabolic activities now seem to have lost it... like mitochondria [power house of a cell] drained out of a cell...ok ok, no more biological analogies.
I have seen samples bunking classes, their grades crashing down, behaving like insomniac zombies, and draining their parents money (khud kamate to, aade ye galti ni karte...well destiny has its part to play) and not to forget... starving for His/Her Highness’s wellbeing..... OMG!!!
Here you can easily spot a vamp/ a villain responsible for the above said negative effects.

kkkkkkkkkkk
There is other category too.
Co-operative association:
Here most often one of the members does all the labor (regarding assignments, reports, etc. etc) and the other does the financing part (NOTE: it’s not always that the guys are the becharas getting a hole in their wallets by their gals)...like the lichens [lichen = alga+ fungi]...ooops, sorry ;p
This category has the most negative effect on the samples named 'single'.

oks
Now coming to the next category
Single association:
You might be thinking what kind of association is for singles...well this is the pack of singles sharing their dukhda with each other. Yup they too want to fall into pit (seriously joking)... yeah they surely feel envious by category-2... "yar koi to hota/hoti jo hamare bhi assignments karta", is a common phrase that can be overheard near the premises of this category.

Well I am an optimist. As you know 'Every dark cloud has a silver lining'.

So here is the last category
Happily bonded association:
Here I’ll give an encounter where I have truly felt this eternal phenomenon...:)

Once upon a time, ammunition caught fire and there were clouds of fire near a happy home, hero went towards the fire to bring the necessary items for her lady (to be prepared - in case nothing was going to be spared), the lady stood there stand still waiting...with her heart almost stopping to beat with each bomb being blasted, people yelled at her "are u mad? Leave this place & come along… nothing will escape this wrath." She just nodded, but didn't move an inch. Her faith was tested with each grenade detonating, but she was hard like a rock. And then came the hero braving the field of fire so that his beloved is at comfort. The best thing is he didn't say a word but the spark in his eyes read "yes I knew, you would be here waiting for me, no matter what... (I love you)” (in parenthesis coz he is not good at expressing).
This is true love.

So this story is for those morons who fell into this trap because of the forwarded senti messages & beautiful poetic messages...beware.
This story is also for those who have confusion for their feelings towards their pal... please check. would you really stand the grenades which your family, your career and life at large are going to throw on you for that person. I am sure 99% farzi or troublesome cases will be solved.

Show your attitude and don't settle for anything less than perfect...B-) ....(at least till you are not 30 :p )

I hope my thesis is accepted and it does not face the same doom as our project reports... ;D

You guys might be wondering why such a heavy pravachan.....well it is the topic for GD... matlab, milenge to solid content hona chahiye na bhonkne ke liye... ;)

PS: All the above said facts are true to the best of my knowledge.
PPS: Those who like the post are free to share it and comments are also welcome :)

TALE UNTOLD...

There was once a little bird who was always away from the flock. He was free, no chains, no bonding. No one cared where the little bird flew as the rest were busy in their flocks. The bird also didn't care, as he had no ties, he only had his goal...the sky. He thanked God for the courage and strength He bestowed on him to take on his goals.

One day as the bird was flying, he thought, what it would feel like to be chained. May be God was listening, he got his wish. Now the flocks gave attention to the bird... they chained him. They bound him in their cage. Yes, the bird enjoyed it, every bit of it… the warmth… the care. But then he could see the politics associated with ground. Chaos like: ‘This is mine… that is yours’, ‘I am right… you are wrong’ became the part of life. Trust, faith, betrayal… everything got so much intermixed. And the poor bird had no experience with all this rubble. It was as if he was sagging into the swamp.

He then also thanked God for the wonderful experience He gave him. He was may be getting used to the turmoil…or getting lost in it, when someone shouted from back, “Yeah, what happened man? You were supposed to cross the borders; sky was the only limit… WHAT HAPPENED?”

The bird suddenly came to senses…as being woken from a dream. He just smiled and passed on. But he stood still… he thought, where do I belong: to the ground with all its turmoil (where everyone else is)… or to the sky with the clear goal (and no turmoil).Everything was perfect. He knew that ground will have the shelter & traps, not meant for free souls… but still he went there just to experience this side too. But now he is lost thinking to which side does he actually belong.

One fine day the flock was merry making over the rubble and the bird took a few steps forward and caught the glimpse of the clear blue sky. He was stuck…stuck between two scenarios. Neither was correct nor wrong. To add to the situation there were tunes of ‘jeena isika naam hai’ flowing in the air.
His fear was:
लोग रंग बदलते है
ज़िन्दगी भी रंग बदलती है
इन बदलते रंगों मे
कही मेरा रंग भी ना बदल जाए
-    Anonymous

He had no choice except to ask for guidance from his all time companion. He found may be this time He wanted His child to conquer both sky and ground.

And as the bird analyzed, he realized that he had enough of the ground. Now he had to fulfill his life’s mission, the goal he has set. Otherwise he’ll also be like a robot, keyed to do the work, with no zeal… no passion.

No ….
He just chose his world, where there is a clear sky to rule on… and then what about the ground??? Well all these days he had made a place in ground too, which will always be there for him with its arms open to embrace him in the toughest of times.

Thanks to Him, who trusted him and gave the strength to conquer both the places.
